" A Legendary Composer "
At the beginings of 80’s many things were about to change in Turkey. At those days neighter Turkish pop music nor the other styles of music played on Turkish radio stations was Turkish. Just simple copies of everything that was throven at Anatolia after 1980 military revolution. Even classicaly trained composers were far away from composing with the full awarness of the “soil” that they stood on. Most composers were trying to “create” a new Turkish music as if we had nothing that could be reliable for the last 4000 years. Our new born republic was trying to grow up in “Everything”…..that takes time, doesn’t it?..... Well , as I said many thingswere about to change in Turkey and….. – changed-.
It takes only one composer to change the way people think. Meet Mr. Ergüder YOLDAŞ
Mr. Ergüder YOLDAŞ the legendary Turkish Composer. His Works changed the way poeple thoughed. Mr.YOLDAŞ was borned in İzmir in to a working class family.
